This is one of the most dangerous categories on the road already due to their lack of experience, but they are the worst for texting on the road.

This was one of the most moving videos on distracted driving. Seeing their daughter’s car after the accident and knowing how senseless it was should move every state to take action. I am not, however, for federal laws regulating what should be done by states. States need to step up to the plate on this issue.
